Dogfight Ink is a dream come true for my wife and I. I'm a graphic artist and illustrator with over 8 years of professional experience. I have been in the medical device industry and have learned a great deal about technical and clinical illustrations.

What started out as a hobby years ago has now turned into Dogfight Ink. College introduced me to computer illustrations and an internship at a local website company gave me the opportunity to refine and master Adobe Illustrator®. I took my love for building model planes and drawing and combined it into hours of fun in front of my Mac. I've spent several years researching and illustrating each and every plane depicted in the posters offered here on dogfightink.com. My initial intention was just to keep them as references for building models and see how many I can crank out before I get a life.

The P-51 was a perfect subject at the time. I was just getting into building WWII models and the Mustang offered the challenge and variety for such a project. I've illustrated 150 different Mustangs to date and 50 P-47s. I'm offering the first 50 out of 150 Mustangs as a beautiful 24 x 36 lithograph. It was my wife who convinced me to produce my illustrations as prints and offer it to WWII aviation fans such as myself. I have two artist's proofs of the prints proudly hanging in my office. They make a great conversation piece and will liven up any wall or room.
